Employer / Company: Through NSDC – Government to Government Arrangement

Number of Posts: 5000

Location: Israel

Salary: INR 1,37,745 Approx

Contract Period: As per employer / First visa valid till end of calendar year, extendable

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass

• Experience Required: 3+ Years preferred in caregiving / healthcare support

• Age Limit: 25–50 Years

• Language Skills: Proficient in English (Reading, Writing & Speaking)

• Other Requirements:

  • No previous employment in Israel

  • Clear police report from India

  • Physically and mentally fit; no chronic diseases

  • Passport validity minimum 3 years

Working Hours & Benefits:

• Duty Hours: 182 hour / Month

• Working Days: 21–26 days / month

• Overtime: As per company

• Food: By Candidate

• Accommodation: By Employer* (allowance deducted from salary)

• Medical Insurance: By Employer** (deducted from salary)

Selection & Screening Process:

1. Pre-screening by State (English, qualification, experience, domain knowledge)

2. NSDC shares shortlisted candidates with Israel team for Name Check

3. Professional Test by Israel team

4. Background verification & medical test (candidate pays fees)

5. Pre-departure orientation under NSDC

6. Training program after receiving contract letter

Important Notes:

• Candidates bear passport, visa, medical, PCC, and flight costs at market rate

• Return flight at end of employment period by candidate

• Registration & Processing fee to NSDC: ₹10,000 + GST
